Last year I got a heritage breed turkey, assuming that they still retained the ability to mate and would be better in numerous ways. I don't really have any control this year (especially since I'm not paying for it), so I'm going to try not to think about it.<br /><br />Alta - If I were doing the turkey again, I would definitely do it the same way. Better I stick with sides :-) Also the whole turkey artificial insemination thing kind of makes me not want to eat turkey anyway.
